The 2020 Dates Have Been Confirmed!

July 20-24, 2020

Learn how to create digital animations for film, television and video games as a member of the inaugural Cinema Academy Animation program.

This five-day program will introduce you to a variety of workflow animators — such as motion capture and key framing — that you’ll use to bring characters to life. Train on the same professional-level equipment and software film studios such as Marvel, Pixar and Dreamworks use to make their films.

This program is highly selective and limited to 18 students.

Faculty

Rush Swope, a game art professor at IU, will be your mentor for the week. His credits include Game of Thrones, Borderlands and Warcraft.
